Note: The two grave markers were originally
placed side by side. When the local Republican Party saw this, they
registered a complaint. They did not want a Democrat buried next to
a Republican. The rules laid out by the Republican Nation Committee
state that there must be at leat two graves placed between a Republican
and a Democrat. Neither can be registered with either of the parties.
I accomodated the request and placed two other graves between the
Bush headstone and the Kerry headstone.
The Democrats hearing of this put in their two cents. They pointed out
that the two graves between Bush and Kerry were two individuals that had
jobs before Bush took office and were now out of work due to his policies.
